Supported by our experienced consultants, Lena and Sabine, many valuable inputs have already been translated into practical solutions, all with the clear goal of making processes more efficient and sustainably improving staff planning.<\/p>\n<p>CommuniGate stands for professional, end-to-end solutions in written and telephone-based customer communication, both in sales and service environments. As a key interface between companies and their customers, CommuniGate goes far beyond the tasks of a traditional call center. They are their clients\u2019 \u201cconsumer interface,\u201d delivering excellent service, strengthening customer loyalty, and acquiring new customers.<\/p>\n<p>With the upcoming go-live of the plano WFM software, a new chapter is about to begin.
