New Customer | SV SparkassenVersicherung | Workforce Management

We are delighted to welcome SV SparkassenVersicherung as a new plano customer. Together, we are embarking on a modern, flexible and scalable approach to staff planning – one that is focused, transparent and implemented in a spirit of partnership.

The pilot has got off to a successful start: three departments are already working with our system, supporting more than 400 employees. In the next phase, this number will increase to more than 700 employees. This initiative is based on close collaboration between plano WFM and Workforce Elements (Workforce Elements is a brand of Professional Workforce GmbH).

Key project highlights

• Integrated solution: Forecasting and demand calculation are carried out upstream in Workforce Elements, followed by workforce scheduling in plano WFM.
• Project timeline: Preparation from August 2025; pilot go-live in February 2026; pilot phase ending in January 2027.
• Components used: Forecast (Workforce Elements), ESS, Self Rostering, Roster, Optimizer, Reporting, Interface and plano Base.
• Flexible configurations for each department: Ranging from fully employee-led self-scheduling to automated roster creation using the Optimizer.
• User-focused rollout: Role-based training for employees, managers/planners and administrators provided by Professional Workforce; hosting provided by Astrum IT.
• Governance and collaboration: The works council is consistently, proactively and continuously involved throughout the implementation process.

Initial results

• In selected pilot areas, forecasts, accessibility and service levels in telephone operations have improved significantly.
• The combination of forecasting in Workforce Elements and operational planning in plano WFM has also created greater transparency.
• Positive feedback: Additional departments have already requested an early rollout.
