New this year: We are using Stripe as our payment service provider for the first time. The invoice will be sent via Stripe four weeks before the event.
Participation Fee
The participation fee for the three-day plano Campus 2026 is €289.
Note: After more than 10 years of a stable participation fee, we have adjusted it for the first time to maintain our usual high quality in program content, catering, and organization.
The fee includes, as always:
- All presentations and workshops
- Networking with customers, partners, and experts
- Participation in two evening events with a secret show act
- All meals and beverages throughout the entire event
- Access to the event app with all content and contact

Registration takes place via our online registration form.
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email, hotel recommendations, and additional event information in the following weeks.We have reserved room blocks in nearby hotels for your convenience.

Yes, shuttle services between the hotels and the venue will be provided.

Yes, we use a dedicated event app for plano Campus that includes information about the agenda, participants, and organizational details.
Access to the app will be provided to all participants approximately three weeks before the event begins.
The program for plano Campus 2026 is currently being developed.
Invoices will be sent via Stripe four weeks before the start of the event and can be paid by bank transfer.
We use Stripe as our payment service provider for automated invoice distribution.
This ensures that all participants receive their invoices on time and can complete payments easily and securely.
For invoicing and payment processing, we use Stripe.
Your personal data (e.g. name, address, email) will be processed by Stripe for this purpose.Further information can be found in Stripe’s Privacy Policy and in our own Data Privacy Statement.
