Kick-off for Innovative Recruiting Strategies: plano Launches Corporate Practice Project with Students of University of Applied Sciences Erfurt

How can companies successfully attract software developers and IT specialists in today’s competitive environment—especially in the heart of central Germany? This key question is at the core of our first corporate practice project, which we are conducting in collaboration with dedicated students from the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt.
As part of the project, students Daniel, Luisa, and Chantal are developing creative and practical approaches for an innovative recruiting strategy with a special focus on the IT sector. The goal is not only to explore traditional measures but also to come up with unique ideas that reflect the distinctive plano spirit and align with our company’s identity.
Fresh ideas in recruiting require a “think outside the box” approach—one that embraces innovative and unconventional methods. The aim is to design bold and imaginative strategies to reach potential candidates through new channels and original campaigns. Creativity and a pioneering mindset are key.
This collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt marks another step in plano’s strategic personnel development and highlights the importance of thinking beyond conventional boundaries to ensure sustainable growth.
