Your Responsibilities:

• Direct sales of our software products in the workforce management sector
• Acquiring new customers through initiative, leads, and participation in public tenders
• Handling customer inquiries and analyzing current customer requirements
• Demonstrating the potential uses of our software modules and independently creating customized customer proposals
• Managing customers from the initial contact through to project completion
• Continuously and appreciatively maintaining existing customer relationships
• Preparing and delivering presentations to prospective and current customers
• Participating in trade shows and managing our booth at industry events

Your Skills:

• A degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
• Several years of experience in selling complex software solutions and a solid understanding of IT and software projects
• Motivation for active networking in relevant industries and with partners
• Willingness to travel, strong presentation skills, and eloquence to persuade clients on-site
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• A positive and open personality with strong empathy
• Strong communication skills with a keen sense of customer needs
