Quality First

Performance, stability, and security have been specifically improved to provide an even more reliable system.

Installation – Rethought

As part of consolidating our product portfolio, we’re working to close functional gaps between legacy and modern systems while completing existing functionalities. For example, we’ve made enhancements in pooling, time tracking configuration, the evaluation model (including the option to assign multi-plan groups to time segments), and shift scheduling. Shift scheduling now allows for configuring shifts on the following day, enabling automatic entries of these shifts into the schedule.

Functionality – Holistically Designed

Several new features have been implemented to improve the user experience in key areas. These include UI adjustments, such as configuring the number of employees in a report. The view configuration for the planner has also been expanded, allowing for options like a “light dispatch plan” view.

We’ve also introduced improvements to ease the workload of employees. In myplano, only shift swap and assignment requests that don’t violate hard rules will now be shown. For data model administrators, we’ve simplified workflows as well: a new feature now displays the links between master data entries at the click of a button, making data maintenance significantly easier.

User Experience in Focus

To enable faster deployment of new versions, we’ve redesigned the plano Installer and the related installation process. With the new plano Configurator, server installations can now be preconfigured.
