On the way to personalised staff planning with Vivantes
In cooperation with Vivantes, the largest municipal hospital group in Germany, we are expanding our scheduling app and extending the functions of our workforce management solution for the healthcare sector. This collaboration will allow us to optimize the app for smoother mobile use and increase employee empowerment . The new functions are also designed to reduce the workload of planners and workforce managers.
With the planning app, Vivantes is one step closer to the dream of personalized schedules and favored shifts. Thanks to myplano, employees can freely choose their preferred working hours (by using their personal smartphones), coordinate directly with each other and swap shifts if necessary.
Planners and workforce managers can also find solace. The algorithm-based advance planning takes care of all contractual, legal and operational details and avoids error-prone double entries. And for spontaneous absences, such as sudden cases of illness, a quick replacement can be ensured.
The duty roster app will be ready for use at Vivantes by the end of 2024.
