What is EcoVadis?
EcoVadis is an international sustainability assessment and benchmarking platform. It evaluates companies against a standardized framework (including environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement) and provides evidence-based scorecards with a score (0–100) and concrete recommendations for improvement.
How was plano evaluated?
Final Score: 75/100
plano has successfully completed the EcoVadis certification process and achieved a Silver rating with 75/100 points — placing us among the top 15% of comparable companies worldwide!
Environment: 85/100
A 0–100 point assessment of a company’s environmental management system that emphasizes structural elements (policies, measures/actions, and reporting) rather than current/actual performance.
Labour and Human Rights: 73/100
The “Labour and Human Rights” score from EcoVadis evaluates how effectively a company fulfills its social responsibilities to employees and across its business operations.
Ethics: 79/100
EcoVadis’ Ethics score measures corporate integrity and defenses against corruption, fraud, anti-competitive practices, and data breaches.
Sustainable Procurement: 62/100 Punkten
Measures how effectively sustainability is integrated into purchasing and supplier assessments.
Why is this a major achievement?

What makes this result special?
We achieved the Silver rating without major additional measures. This shows that many sustainability aspects are already embedded in our daily processes and that we were able to demonstrate our efforts through careful documentation.
