Your Responsibilities:
- Administration of servers under Windows and Linux
- Managing both on-premise and cloud services
- Management and support of Hyper-V infrastructures
- Receiving and resolving incoming IT requests from our employees
- Error analysis and troubleshooting
- Monitoring complex IT environments with modern monitoring solutions
- Basic handling of database systems MS-SQL and Oracle
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring backup strategies
- Leading internal meetings and serving as a contact for your own IT team
Your Skills:
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent qualifications
- Broad IT knowledge with extensive administration experience
- Very good technical knowledge of Hyper-V and storage/backup systems
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, virtualization, networking technologies, and backup
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to further your professional qualifications
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Friendly, reliable, and cooperative team player
- Strong prioritization skills with a strong service mindset
- Initial experience in leading a small team is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and passionate involvement
