Our workforce management solution is entering the next round! With the 2024.2 release, we are offering numerous new functions and improvements that make shift scheduling even more efficient and user-friendly.

The aim was to provide staff planners with a way of resolving understaffing. For this purpose, it is now possible to request employees on a voluntary basis for understaffed services who can carry out the services/activities.

Pooling – flexible and targeted requests

With plano pooling, staff shortages in shift scheduling can be rectified quickly and flexibly with your own staff (also across groups) and open shifts can be filled.

If a shortfall is detected in the plan due to illness, for example, a pool request can be sent to the pool manager. The pool manager can then assign the appropriate available employee and fill the missing shift.

Especially in areas that rely on a high degree of flexibility, plano pooling ensures that employees are deployed exactly where they are currently needed most urgently.

Shift requests – more control and customization options

The revised shift request allows shift work to be assigned to individual employees or teams. In addition, relevant information such as qualifications or special notes can be added. Shift requests make it easier to organize certain shifts several times or on a larger scale and assign them to the right people.

myplano – Better overview and workflow optimization

For ideal integration into our product range, the integration into the myplano employee portal was also taken into account in addition to the implementation of the application in the roster. Here, the employee is shown the open and current shift requests.
