To further strengthen organizational processes, the staff planning system plano was introduced for approximately 370 employees. The existing SPX system remains in use in parallel for about 450 employees. Through the implementation of plano, shift schedules can be created more efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements, staffing shortages can be identified early on, and staffing capacities can be specifically adapted to needs and qualifications.

Since 1999, RehaNova Cologne has been successfully using the SPX system – a testament to its trustworthiness that serves as the foundation for its current further development. A key next step is the migration from the existing on-premises solution to a modern cloud infrastructure based on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This provides additional flexibility, scalability, and future-proofing. The existing time tracking system with IF6040 will remain in use, including the proven fingerprint terminals from Interflex.
